The Role:

The position will be responsible for administrative tasks relating to the family violence program, including correspondence, data inputting, and assisting in the development of training packages. The position will also have some reporting responsibilities to the management of department or clinic.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Customer Service skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Previous experience of setting up new systems & processes
  • Knowledge of RCH systems (EPIC) and processes (Finance) (Material Resources)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working in a health care setting
  • Previous experience working in a busy front line customer service based role 
  • Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting
