The Role:

The Department of Endocrinology & Diabetes is now looking for an enthusiastic Administration Manager to join their team.

The role will predominantly provide administrative support to the Director & Deputy Director of the department but will also provide assistance to the Senior and Junior Medical Officers when required. There is high level of finance and budets involved including reviewing of reports and statments, invoicing, liaising with management accoutant team and updating the Director on the budget report.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong finance background
  • Excellent organisational skills with a flexible approach
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level computer skills
