The Role:

The key purpose of the OD Consultant (Compact Project), is to support the Royal Children’s Hospital with successful implementation of our RCH Compact and culture transformation initiatives to ensure a positive and respectful culture is sustained.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent project management experience, and skill with reporting, task and activity management, and communications management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and persuade to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including leaders and other departments.
  • Strong analytical ability and understanding of data management concepts and practices, including experience in report creation and generation; and ability to identify trends.
  • The ability to collaborate and engage with others to achieve outcomes using a team based approach to your work.
  • Effective communications skills, including writing, development of visuals and delivering presentations.
  • Successful completion of required training activities, including training related to the National Standards.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and results-focus.

Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and consistent demonstration of a can do attitude.
